Hii! I’m Dorine and this is my assistant Silas. I am a French and Canadian (Yes both citizenships!) elopement photographer based in Banff, Alberta.
Helping you plan and craft your elopement experience so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day(s) is my cup of coffee.
You make the draft and I go above and beyond to make sure you get to experience the elopement day you dreamed of.
As an expert in Banff, Alberta, Canada I am also an expert at travelling. I am from France and I lived in New Zealand for a while. I have been to 30+ countries all around the world. If you need inspiration for finding THE perfect spot, I am your personal location finder!

Everything you need for photography on your special day. Coverage goes from 4h to multiple days. Full galleries are delivered between 6 to 8 weeks during peak season. Edited images are delivered in an online gallery where you can download, share, save, and print your favourite moments anytime, anywhere. The galleries are up online for up to 1 year.
Location Ideas
A thoughtfully curated list of Banff locations shaped around your vision. From world-famous viewpoints to more peaceful, lesser-known spots, each one is chosen to help us create a setting that feels right for your story.
Banff Personal Local Resource
As a local that have been living in Banff for five years (and counting), I have tons of answers for you. I will help you plan your trip beyond just your elopement day. I am also very implicated in the community here and if I don’t know the answer, I will find it for you. (I am NOT a certified guide)
Sneak Peeks & Wall Art
I include in all my packages a delivery of sneak peeks within the week following your day. The sneak peeks are a small amount of the highlights of the day and might not be exactly the same edits as the full gallery. I also decided to include at least one wall art in every package so you can have at least one photo printed on your wall for sure!
Flexibility
I know life can be unpredictable and so is the weather. When you book your elopement with me, I stay flexible for the unexpected. Back up plans are always made as well.

From start to finish, I’m here to support you. If anything comes up, big or small, just send me a text or email and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. I don’t limit communication, because I want you to feel fully informed, supported, and confident at every step.

As the photographer, I can be one of the two witnesses needed. If you don’t have another person with you on the day of, I will find a person to be your witness.

Why slowing down changes everything for your Banff elopement.
I won’t lie to you. Banff is a crowded place in the summer. It isn’t a place that works on a tight schedule. There will be traffic, crowds, there will be bear jams or even goats on the road.
With a full day, we’re not just moving from one photo spot to the next, being overwhelmed, we have the space to actually experience it. Some locations take longer to reach, especially when we’re hiking with gear or heading into quieter areas, but that time is part of the story.
It allows us to follow the rhythm of the mountains and the sun rather than a timeline, staying longer when a moment feels right, moving when the light calls us elsewhere, and letting the day unfold in a way that feels natural and unforced.
This isn’t about fitting everything in. It’s about creating space for what actually matters: presence, connection, and a day that feels as expansive and meaningful as the place itself.
This is what turns your elopement into something deeper than a timeline of locations, it becomes a day you actually live, not just document.

Here is an example of a full day elopement timeline in Banff National Park
4am-10am
Hike up Tent Ridge for some coffee and breakfast at the top. Getting ready & first look on the ridge as the sun rises.
10am-12Pm
Drive back to Canmore, nap, freshen up and lunch break
12pm-5pm
Drive up to Bow and Peyto Lake (1h30 drive) for some snacks and afternoon photos.
5PM-8pm
Helicopter at Abraham Lake for the ceremony and vows in an isolated location.
8PM-11PM
Set up camp at Abraham Lake, build a fire, diner, drinks and first dance under the stars.
End of day

You get me for half a day. Sometimes it works for getting ready photos and ceremony photos but it would have to be in the same spot.
There is no splitting of time for this package.
This works well for example for a Moraine Lake sunrise elopement. The shuttle (1h) + the ceremony (1h) + time to go around the lake to the different viewpoints to take photos.
It can also work for a sunrise ceremony at Bow Lake with photos afterwards at Peyto Lake (they are 5 minutes appart)
